Created an ETL process and data conversion bridge for Electronic Visit Verification between Sandata and the custom in-house payroll and billing systems.
Performed data analysis and acted as lead developer on project to implement the Medicare HHQI models to analyze patient therapy and treatment outcomes in order for the agencies to compare and improve patient care results.
Implemented a statistical regression model of the above to analyze OASIS assessments to predict likelihood of certain scenarios related to hospitalizations, emergent care, and condition decline.
Set up automated ETL processes to import and analyze data from Homecare Homebase, Soneto, and Allscripts systems into the custom in-house patient and care management system for reporting purposes.
Responsible for converting and importing thousands of employee records from acquired companies into the Almost Family benefits and payroll systems.
